It’s been a year since I have blogged. Hard to believe it went by that quickly. But now I have established a social media routine, it will become more regular. I have stepped well out of my comfort zone and it has had surprising results. I’ve added Twitter (, and my numbers grow each day, as well as Facebook of course (, and Tsu ( RLAndrewAuthor).

Recently I took the opportunity to have a conversation via Youtube with Sally Ember. If you have seen the video,( or Youtube:, you will have a sense of who I am. If you haven’t it isn’t too late to watch it.

I make no secret of the fact that I am also chronically ill, so expect some information to be posted that relate to that, and my daily struggles. I refuse to let it beat me down mentally, even though at times it is a struggle. Writing has been instrumental in my having good mental health. Learning to stay positive is difficult when you are faced with a degenerative disease/s.

Funnily enough it was a year ago, almost to the day that my first story was published in the Darkly Never After anthology (, and I received my paperback copies of the Fiction Writers Group, Anything Goes Volume 2 Anthology. I have two very different stories in this anthology, which come from deep places.

Teacups & Tansy: Sabine doesn’t expect the geriatric Jerry Springer Show as murder and mayhem ensues.

The Guardian: When the War was Over: Archangel Gabriel is facing the most difficult situation since existence began. The future of mankind hangs in the balance as he battles with a former friend in a war he isn’t sure is worth it.

I have a few more getting published that I will post some excerpts of. I look forward to all of you joining me on my journey.
